Background: In the current knowledge age, performance of logistics firms increasingly depends on and capabilities they can leverage in value-creation processes. The objective this paper is to investigate relationship between knowledge-based human resource management (HRM) practices organizational mediated by capability. Methods: Data from 93 small Finnish service providers was collected a questionnaire survey.
